Turmeric Latte




2 cups milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
3 cardamom pods (slightly crushed)
2 tsp  sugar (or to taste)
Pepper and extra milk (frothed ) to serve
Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and let sit for about ten minutes. Pour the turmeric milk into cups passing it through a sieve. Serve with frothed milk and some ground pepper and enjoy warm 🙂
